Wayne Ainscow co-founded A&M Roofing Ltd. and is the Chief Executive Officer since the company’s inception in September 2011. As the CEO, Wayne focuses on the development of strategic initiatives that will position A&M Ltd. Roofing for ongoing success.
Wayne has worked in the roofing industry for the past 14 years and is a true entrepreneur. He has persistent progression towards innovative solutions to change the roofing industry and has a passion for learning from customers, employees and competitors. He has an innate need to create, build and grow which provides an unparallel desire to deliver the absolute best product/services for A&M Roofing clients.
Nick Richardson is the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the performance and operations of the company across all divisions. His vast knowledge of roofing and building envelopes systems allows Nick to see oversea all aspects of installation, quality control, education, training, marketing and business development.
Nick has worked in the roofing industry for the past 26 years. Starting his career in London, England at the early age of 16, Nick quickly moved into a leadership position. He immigrated to Canada in March 2008 as a foreman to further his roofing career and knowledge. In 2013, he acquired a position with IKO Industries to become the technical representative/trainer for the commercial roofing division for Northern Alberta. Nick joined A&M Roofing Ltd. in May 2014, managing sites, estimating, roof design, contract administration & project management.
Chris is the Field Supervisor for A&M Roofing. Chris’s extensive experience has equipped him with valuable knowledge and skill set in nearly every aspect of roofing and waterproofing. He is enthusiastic, organized, exceptional problem solver and a great team player.
With over 21 years of industry experience Chris offers a wealth of knowledge to the specific jobs at hand. He is knowledgeable, focused, driven, engaged, tenacious and professional, making him a high-quality supervisor. Chris is responsible for managing field crews, preparing submittals, reviewing shop drawings, scheduling subcontractors and all forms of jobsite coordination. His wide range of experience and background keeps him focused on the big picture, while also keeping a variety of small project details in mind. The position is a balancing act which requires a focused mind, priority management and learned experience. He seeks out opportunities in a project that improves the final product and how to improve the construction experience for all involved. The projects supervised includes but is not limited too: new construction, improvements, repairs, preventative maintenance and remediation. He has had the opportunity to partner with prestigious clients such as Syncrude, TransCanada, Clark Builders, Chandos, City of Edmonton, a variety of property management companies and private business owners.
Nicole is the Residential Project Manager for A&M Roofing and has been working in the construction industry for the past 5 years managing residential and commercial portfolios as well as experience in managing large, complex multi-family development projects. She began her career as a hiring manager with an employment agency recruiting foreign workers quickly evolving into administration and project management. Working in both field and office environments, Nicole has a vast understanding of construction projects.
In her role as Residential Project Manager at A&M Roofing, Nicole fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining drive. Nicole’s vast experience provides her with the knowledge to be a profound team leader, extremely resourceful with excellent technical and communication skills. Nicole has a pleasant demeanor and will always put in the extra effort to make sure her team and clients achieve a positive outcome. Nicole’s strong communication and client service skills enhance A&M’s vision of long-term success and sustainable growth.
Tiffany is the Administration Manager for A&M Roofing and has an extensive work experience in accounting and bookkeeping. Tiffany has been with the company since 2018 and has brought a positive change to A&M Roofing, overseeing all the administrative functions in the office. She directly handles all the financial matters such as client billing, accounts payable, payroll, banking, bank reconciliations and manages vendor accounts.
Tiffany has increased the overall performance of the office greatly with her exceptional organizational skills. With over 12 years of professional experience in administration and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments, Tiffany skillfully manages duties and client relations for the whole team. As Administration Manager, she ensures the smooth operation of the company with her robust knowledge, outstanding customer service and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment.
Murray is the Business Development Manager for A&M Roofing and has been working in the construction industry for the past 40 years. His diverse background and years of experience allows him to focus on growing the business as a high-level sales professional. He is focused driven on acquiring new customers and sells additional products or services expanding the diversity of A&M Roofing clientele base.
With over 35 years experience in the roofing industry, Murray excels at identifying new sales leads, pitching products and/or services and maintains fruitful relationships with existing customers. Having obtained his Bachelor of Commerce at an early age, Murray ventured into the oil and gas sector in his early 20’s working in finance. Quickly venturing into the construction industry shortly thereafter he became a partner of a small metal roofing/cladding business for 3 years and then set up his own company as an entrepreneur growing his metal cladding business for 10 years. Murray’s roles and responsibilities are vital to the long-term success in A&M Roofing’s drive for sustainable growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Amy is the Safety Officer for A&M Roofing and has been working in the construction industry for the past 10 years. She obtained her Health and Safety Administrator Certificate through the Alberta Construction Safety Association in 2013 and is a seasoned safety professional with extensive work experience in the Alberta’s construction and industrial sector. She has attained the National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation in the safety, health and risk management disciplines.
Amy brings years of leadership, safety, health and environment experience. Amy joined A&M Roofing in 2013 after years of working in the Alberta Real Estate market performing sales, leasing and construction from small to large scale projects. Since joining A&M Roofing, she has been instrumental in promoting and helping employers in the industry successfully attain and integrate COR and SECOR certification and is committed to increase safety awareness, improve safe work practices and prevent injury for employees. Working between Fort McMurray and Edmonton, Amy works diligently and delivers COR course instruction, review of internal audits, conduct external audits, worksite visits, spot inspections on a variety of project sizes, conducting new worker orientation and training and identification of safety concerns specific to worksites. Amy has a passion to help business and employees across Alberta meet their safety and health goals through training and awareness. Amy’s involvement and organized work ethics has enabled A&M Roofing to rank 1st out of 376 employers with WCB Large Business Experience Rating Program for 2018.
